Delivery

Delivery times may vary according to the weight of your order and destination country. However, we aim to send all stocked items within 24 hours via UK Royal Mail, or by couriers. On some items like the larger gongs, we offer FREE delivery and same day London delivery if ordered before 12 midday!

We are in the process of reducing our delivery charges so please bear with us whilst we make the structural and online changes. If in the meantime the charges appear high please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll rectify the issue.

Please note that your delivery may be subject to a few days delay if we’re away at a show or festival, such notice will be displayed on the home page of our website!

Returns

If within 21 days of receiving the goods you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased please email us first before returning, and please include your contact telephone number. We’ll normally contact you immediately, and at the latest within 24 hours to personally resolve your issue.

If for some reason you still wish to return the goods, we’ll refund the total amount of money you paid, less any costs to collect the goods if required, and within 14 days from the day on which we receive your email cancellation. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as was used to place the initial order.
